Looking for a quiet park in Ramat Gan for early walks

Our dog is reactive and we need somewhere quiet between 6:00 and 7:00. The Yarkon is too busy for us. Any spots in Ramat Gan or Givatayim where you rarely meet other dogs that early?

    The edges of the National Park are quiet before 7:00, especially away from the main lawns. We rarely see more than one or two dogs.
